Hi family! I wanted to give just a quick update on my trip and a few prayer requests. The team and I are flying out of New York at the end of August. Our training camp this year will be in Albania, how exciting!! We will spend a week there, and then split our time between Italy and Albania, along with a few other countries! It will be a little bit over a month in these two countries. My heart just goes out to those communities. These people that we are going to serve, love, and share the gospel with. Will you join me in praying for the people, their families, and the generations that it may impact? We don’t know their backgrounds. We don’t know their stories. We don’t know their financial situations or religious backgrounds. All I know is that God has called me to GO, and I must listen. A constant prayer of mine has been constantly surrendering this trip to the Lord, and laying it at the feet of Jesus. I don’t know how He is going to use me, but I am willing. I am willing to do whatever the Lord wants me to do and go wherever the Lord wants me to go. I firmly believe that if the Lord has called us into this specific ministry, He will equip us. I want nothing more than to be obedient and be the hands and feet of Jesus. I am beyond excited for this trip, and I want you guys to know that any and all of your support will be used for serving others. Nothing is wasted in the Kingdom.
As far as prayer requests go ~ most importantly is for the people!! For these people to be open to the love of Jesus and willing to see how only He can change hearts, lives, and generations. As well as for our safety. For our safety on the flights, in the streets, in our temporary homes, and in these countries. Also, for the Lord to cancel the plans and attacks of the enemy, so that no weapon formed against us shall form, and His will be done. Lastly, for my fundraising. That people will trust that the Lord will provide and prosper their giving. As well as use their giving to provide others the opportunity to hear about the free gift of salvation. Because, truly, financial support is how the Lord is going to get us there, and how we are going to be equipped for these next few months.
